Everything You Need to Know about Our Castle Consulting Rooms Clinic

Clinic is open Monday-Friday, no evening appointments


Face-to-face and virtual NHS physiotherapy sessions, private physiotherapy, and insurance referrals.


This post will contain all the information you need to know regarding the clinic including: parking, waiting areas and how to find us.

Parking, Nearby Trains and Buses


Parking

There is disabled car parking located directly outside the front of the clinic. For close parking if you do not have a blue badge please use the pay and display car park 'St Peter's Street Car Park' which is located directly next to the clinic. This car park is available all day through out our opening times and is located directly next door to the clinic.


Please note ANPR is installed in the car park outside the front of the building, when parking for your visit – to avoid a penalty charge, you will need to enter your car registration number at the terminal in the lobby. We do not manage the car park, so please ensure you follow instructions on any signage.

Bus Stop


The closet bus stop is the Bedford Bowls Club stop which is a quick 1 minute walk from the clinic. The buses that stop here are the 5, 27C, 28, and 28A.

Train Stations


Unfortunately, the closet train station is a 23 minute walk from the clinic or 16 minute journey with public transport. Arrive at the St Johns train station.

Please note all information was correct at time of posting, it does not factor delays please allow extra time for your journey so you can arrive for your appointment on time.


Waiting Area and Accessing the Clinic


There is a buzzer system to enter the clinic please press the buzzer for the room designated on your confirmation text/email (this should be either room 4 or 5) the physiotherapist will then allow you into the building. There is a ramp into the building.


Upon entrance please take a seat in the waiting area and wait for the physiotherapist to call you into the appointment.

Please note we only rent the clinic treatment rooms from the The Church Lane Community Centre clinic, please be respectful of their staff and facilities. If you need any help with appointments or treatment from Parks this can be done by our physiotherapists on site.
