Overview

We are seeking a newly qualified, dedicated and skilled Musculo-skeletal (MSK) Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing MSK rehabilitation programmes for patients with various physical conditions. You will work closely with patients to improve their mobility, manage pain, and enhance their overall quality of life. A strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology is essential, along with a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their physical needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
Implement physiotherapy interventions aimed at improving patients' mobility and functional abilities.
Educate patients and their families about treatment options, exercises, and self-management strategies.
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
Collaborate with senior colleagues and other members of the multi-disciplinary team in a out patient setting to provide comprehensive patient care.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Stay updated on the latest research and developments in physiotherapy practices.

Requirements

A recognised degree in Physiotherapy.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
Experience in MSK is advantageous but not mandatory.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
Proven ability to work effectively within a team as well as independently.
A compassionate approach towards patient care and rehabilitation.
Registration with the relevant professional body is required (HCPC and CSP).
